Disappointment in paradise
Waking up to a mountain view each morning was a true delight, and the staff were always friendly, making you feel welcomed. The hotel was well-kept with clean common areas.
The promised facilities were often unavailable, and the food was far from Greek cuisine, leading us to eat out frequently and incur additional costs.

family-oriented pool areas, stunning garden views, water park attractions
Long transfer times from the airport take away from the arrival excitement!!! A second toaster and microwave in dining areas would significantly improve dining convenience!!! Beach quality could really use some attention—pebbles don't cut it for everyone!!!

the hotel is in a nice spot, really close to the beach, and the staff is super friendly. the room had a cozy mountain view and was pretty clean. the pools are well-kept and there's a nice vibe around the place. they have good food, like fresh fruits and decent options, tho it can get a lil repetitive. overall, a good place for a chill holiday.
but the nightlife is pretty much non-existent so u gotta taxi into the town for any fun. also, the drinks from the all-inclusive are kinda basic and nothing special.

It was just a good match for a brief sojourn in Ierapetra with good value. The staff went out of their way to remember my name and made me feel welcome during my stay. Make sure to visit the little local shops for unique souvenirs.

would not hesitate to return here
We had a family room with separate living space for kids. It was spacious, soundproofed, and included a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. The outdoor swimming pool was great with plenty of sun loungers. Massages at the spa were complimentary and so relaxing. Meals were fresh and delicious, especially the diverse buffet options.

The hotel is set in a picturesque location, surrounded by small mountains, which adds to its charm. The beach here is clean with crystal clear waters, ideal for families, although the rocky surface might not suit everyone. The staff is genuinely friendly and the animator team adds great value, making the experience enjoyable overall.

The room had a nice view, right next to the pool. Plenty of loungers available by the pool, so no early morning rush for seats. Food options varied, with some good dishes like fresh salads, but it could get repetitive after a few days. Breakfasts were decent, though waiting for the toaster could be frustrating. The animation team kept everyone entertained, and there were activities for both adults and kids throughout the day. the beaches had mostly pebbles, which wasn’t the best for me. I also noticed that communication with some staff members was tough due to limited English. The reception staff seemed overwhelmed and not very helpful at times. not a bad experience, but some areas need improvement, particularly the dining facilities and staff communication.

It was just an optimal selection for an overnight stopping in Ierapetra with excellent value for money. The rooms were unexpectedly spacious, allowing for a comfortable night. Try to get the room facing the mountains for a nice view in the morning.
